And she’s back…

Yes, oh yes! She’s back. Yes, I mean her – the one and only queen bee manager of our department.

And nothing has really changed. She’s just sitting prettily on her throne cubicle and playing away deeply engrossed with her work. I remember 2 weeks ago, when we all got back from the New Year break, I SMS-ed her regarding having a planning session/meeting. And she replied back that she’d rather have one when she gets back! Surprise surprise right!? And I don’t hear her doing anything to even plan for one…

And to top it all off… she’s expecting us to create a PowerPoint presentation to update the new boss about our projects (old and new). I wouldn’t mind though… if she were to actually make it feel like a team project. Instead, during Lunch, she goes like, “How updated are the powerpoints for the projects?” (First of all, SHE should know this and have checked it BEFORE asking…; Second of all, that presentation was a YEAR ago… I mean doesn’t she think?!) So of course, we go and say, “No, it’s definitely NOT updated.” AND gues what she says?! “Oh we need one to present to the new VP…” That’s it. Yep. No, “Oh can we create a new one to present to the new VP?” Just a “We need one.” Period. She is sooo frustrating… *sigh*

If that weren’t enough to “top” my day with her, she had to go gloating announcing that there will be “No managers tomorrow” and when we asked why, she said that there will be a 4D (Four Disciplines) Training… I just thought of: 1.) She’ll be leaving us, will she still need this training?! 2.) It doesn’t make an impact on her anyhow… except that it would look good on her resume T_T

 grrrrr this really just makes me… angry.. *sigh*
